The TMC Global Threat Modeling Hackathon is our community's favorite annual event, bringing together security professionals from around the world for a collaborative, hands-on threat modeling experience.
Participants can expect expert-led training, 1:1 mentorship, self-paced and live learning opportunities, and the chance to work with teammates to solve real-world threat modeling challenges. Whether you're new to threat modeling or an experienced practitioner, the hackathon is designed to help you build skills, connect with the global community, and put your knowledge into practice.
Stay tuned for 2027 dates, registration details, and exciting announcements coming soon!

One of our greatest gifts to the industry is the State of Threat Modeling report — an independent, community-powered snapshot of how threat modeling is actually practiced today. The first report was published last September, shaped entirely by real practitioners.
As we gear up for the 2025–2026 edition, we’re once again turning to the community. If you practice, teach, or support threat modeling, we’d love to learn from your experience. Your input helps us create a report that reflects reality and gives back to the community in a meaningful way.
