About Us

Ask questions, share ideas, and build connections with each other—let’s work more efficiently together.

Threat Modeling Connect is the world’s only dedicated space for the threat modeling community to come together, ask and answer questions, hang out, and share a meme or two.

A global community

We’re a global community passionate about threat modeling and dedicated to supporting each other’s threat modeling journey.

While many of us work in cybersecurity or software development, our community extends beyond these fields. We also have members working in governments and agencies that make threat modeling applicable to journalists, human rights workers, activists, etc., creating a safer community for all.

Our Founding Members

Threat Modeling Connect was founded in 2022 by a group of passionate threat modeling leaders, including some luminaries in the threat modeling world.

Brought together by IriusRisk, they started this community with a mission to make threat modeling a standard practice in the software development life cycle and beyond. The goal is to create a supportive environment where threat modeling practitioners can openly discuss challenges, learn from each other’s successes and failures, network with peers who get it and, together, shape the future of threat modeling.
